What is The Balanced Life Workshop or Mini-Retreat?
The overall intent of The Balanced Life curriculum is to understand how to avoid the constant overwhelm which leads to burnout. In a group environment you will uncover your personal obstacles to rest, and then develop new strategies for regular self-care. In a one day workshop you will focus on exploring what it really means to rest and take care of yourself, and identify how to incorporate realistic self-care into your existing routines.
