What is The Balanced Life Workshop or Mini-Retreat?
The overall intent of The Balanced Life curriculum is to understand how to avoid burnout by uncovering your personal obstacles to rest, and then developing new strategies for regular self-care. In a one day workshop you will focus on exploring what it really means to rest and take care of yourself, and identifying how to incorporate realistic rest and self-care into your existing routines.
Convenience and Comfort – Learn with People You Know.
The small group workshop is designed to offer increased convenience as the date is set by your group. It is also designed to support comfort as exploration and group sharing will occur among a group you have hand-selected, fostering a relaxed and safe environment for growth and learning.
