    How do I make a single reservation for a retreat?

    To register for a retreat please email Heather Carlson to join the following mini-retreat held at the Niwot Inn for $375 per person (see “Offerings” tab for details). Heather will send you a link to make your payment.

    How does my group schedule a workshop or retreat?

    Contact Heather Carlson and she will confirm current dates available for scheduling.  Once your date has been confirmed, each member in your group pays individually to reserve the booking.                                              

    Who should attend Flourish workshops or retreats?

    The curriculum is meant for anyone 21 and older.  It is best fit for working adults, single or partnered, with or without children. It also a good fit for a person in any stage of life who struggles with self-prioritization and self-care. 

    What is the Boulder Counseling Collective?

    The Boulder Counseling Collective is the location of a professional suite of offices with 9 psychotherapists including Heather Carlson’s private practice, Corner House Family & Relationship Therapy. Workshops are held in the common area of the office which has comfortable chairs and space to set up for lunch. This offering is for those who seek a budget friendly option for the workshop. This venue is only available on Sundays.

    Where do you facilitate workshops & retreats at the Niwot Inn?

    Group facilitation and the private yoga class are hosted in a cozy group space at the Niwot Inn. In addition, your group will have access to the Great Room which has a large log burning fireplace, couches and lounge chairs, as well as dining tables where participants can enjoy a leisurely lunch. The outdoor porch and tables are also available for lunch and small group break out sessions when the weather permits. The Niwot Inn is located in the charming town of Niwot, just outside of Boulder, CO.

    What is the cancellation or refund policy?

    For Solo-Registrations: Once payment is made it is non-refundable for any reason (illness, emergency, etc.) but is transferable. Transferable means that if a participant needs to cancel they may find someone to come in their place. 

    * If there is a waitlist, every effort will be made to fill your spot and refund your payment. 

    For Groups: Payment from each participant is due 5 days after the group commitment to a date, and is non-refundable for any reason (illness, emergency, etc.) but is transferable. Transferable means that if a participant needs to cancel they may find someone to come in their place.

    -If Heather Carlson has to cancel for any reason, up until the date of the event, such as emergency or illness, all participants will be given a full refund.
